Where We Ship
Carepets ships to the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times
Once shipped please allow 7–14 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Free Shipping
Selected products on our store ship completely free to customers in the US and Canada. No code or minimum spend required. Free shipping products are clearly marked on their product pages.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at careforth22@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective. Please review our Refund Policy for full return details.
